Supporting accommodation for supported living providers
Partnering with care organisations to secure stable homes for individuals with complex and vulnerable circumstances.
Who we are
About TrueNorth
TrueNorth Asset Solutions works alongside supported living providers and specialist housing organisations to help secure suitable residential accommodation for individuals with complex or vulnerable circumstances.
We focus on building long-term partnerships that enable organisations to deliver essential support services within safe, stable homes. The right accommodation is more than just property: it is the foundation that allows care, independence, and dignity to flourish.
TrueNorth was founded on the belief that housing should support people, not just house them.
Our founder, Sumandeep Haven, lives with a neuromuscular condition Muscular Dystrophy and has relied on care support for much of her life. This lived experience provides a unique perspective on how important the right environment is for both individuals receiving support and the organisations delivering it.
By combining an understanding of property with a deep awareness of care environments, TrueNorth aims to bridge the gap between housing and support services, helping providers secure accommodation that truly works for the people they serve.
Our mission is simple: to help create stable homes that empower organisations to provide meaningful care and support.
